How to wake up early after a bender

I had a good time last night.

There was a client Xmas party with an open bar. Open bar….

Parallel to this I had a commitment with my bud to meet at 6am at the beach for a run.

That meant waking up at 5 and leaving the house at 5:15.

Should you ever be in a similar position where you’ve drunk a lot, but need to get up early and be in great shape the next day I recommend doing the following:

Step 1
Take activated charcoal tablets. Charcoal absorbs the toxins in your body. The bottle will say to take 2. But you’ve drunk a lot, so take 4.

Step 2
Drink 1L of water.

Step 3
Then drink half a litre of orange juice.

Step 4
Set your alarm then sleep.

Step 5
Wake up when the alarm goes off.

Step 6
Rise from your sleep, go forth and conquer your day.
